Step 2: Prearrival
Before your arrival for consultation, we eagerly anticipate receiving your medical history and completed paperwork via our digital electronic medical app. Your health journey is unique, and understanding your medical background is vital to providing personalized care.
By delving into your history and preferences, we ensure every detail is considered. Step 3: Arrival
Upon entering our practice, you will be greeted by a member of our team. Our waiting area is designed to immediately put you at ease while you enjoy our signature scent, meditative music, and a refreshment of your choice. Here you will also be informed on the steps we will follow with your consultation.
Our practice prides itself on being completely paperless. While you enjoy your refreshment, you will be asked to complete our digital consultation card. Once we have received all your personal details you will be taken to your room for further preparation.
Step 4: Preparation
Once in our practice, we will lead you to our Oasis, a calming and fresh space within which you can comfortably prepare for your consultation ahead.
Step 5: Consultation
After you have started enjoying the relaxing environment of our Oasis, you will continue your journey with one of our medical providers and specialists, where you will have ample time to discuss all your concerns and goals.
